We offer a 30-day return policy on most items purchased at our store. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition and is accompanied by a valid receipt.

In-Store Returns: Return unused Metabo products within 30 days with original packaging and receipt for a full refund or exchange. Service Centre Warranty: Enjoy a 5-year warranty covering defects, excluding misuse or accidental damage. Service through authorized centres.
Makita
In-Store Returns: Makita items can be returned within 30 days if unused, with original packaging and receipt. Damaged or used products are non-returnable. Service Centre Warranty: Makita offers a 1-3 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects. Excludes damage caused by misuse or accidents.
Milwaukee
In-Store Returns: Return Milwaukee products within 30 days with original packaging and receipt for a refund or exchange. Service Centre Warranty: Milwaukee offers a 3-5 year warranty for defects, excluding damage from misuse. Claims processed via service centres.
Dewalt
In-Store Returns: Dewalt tools are returnable within 90 days in unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Service Centre Warranty: Dewalt offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Damage due to misuse or accidents is not covered.
Bosch
In-Store Returns: Bosch products can be returned within 30 days if unused, with original packaging and receipt. Service Centre Warranty: Bosch offers 1-3 years warranty covering manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
Rolair
Final Sale: Rolair products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Please check your item carefully before purchasing.

TAIMA Heater Store Policy

No Exchange/Return
Heaters cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
Repair Service
We offer a one-year repair service starting from the date of purchase. The typical service time is 3-5 business days.
Exclusions
