SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping


We offer free shipping on most orders over $149.99 (before tax) that weight 40 lbs or less. Qualifying orders will be shipped by courier at no additional cost.
Orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold will be charged low, competitive shipping rates, which are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Free Shipping Exclusions


Free shipping is not available for:
  • Items weighing more than 40 lbs
  • Oversized products
  • Items that require freight shipping
  • Select products excluded due to size, dimensions, or special pricing (these items may show a fixed shipping charge)


Orders shipping to remote or hard-to-reach locations may be excluded if shipping costs are excessive.
Orders selected for in-store pickup are not eligible for additional shipping discounts.
If an order requires extra shipping or freight charges beyond what was quoted, we will contact you before shipping. You may approve the charges or cancel the order at that time.


P.O. Boxes & Delivery Addresses


  • Only small, lightweight orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes
  • Larger orders must be delivered to a physical street address
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes


Freight Shipping


Large or heavy items requiring freight service will be shipped via a freight carrier. Freight charges are typically shown at checkout and are accurate in most cases. If adjustments are required, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
Freight deliveries are curbside or dock delivery only. Carriers are not responsible for moving items inside homes, garages, shops, or workplaces.


Order Processing & Delivery Times


  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
  • Most orders ship within 2–4 business days
  • If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of any delays
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are determined by the carrier.


Address Accuracy


Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal code. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information
  • Additional fees resulting from incomplete or inaccurate addresses

    If an address issue arises, we will attempt to contact you, but it is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping details.


Carrier Delays


We ship using reliable third-party carriers such as UPS and Purolator. Once a shipment is in transit, delivery timing is outside of our control.
  • Tracking information is provided whenever available
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for courier delays


Shipping Damage & Claims


Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

  • Do not accept packages that appear opened or visibly damaged
  • For freight deliveries, inspect items before signing and note any damage on the bill of lading

All damage or missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at Info@baumtools.ca.
