It is powered by a 13.1 AMP direct drive motor with 4,500 RPM, soft start, and electric brake. Direct drive enables smoother start-ups and consistent, constant power with no belts to slip or replace. Miter adjustments range from 0°-47° (left and right), with 9 positive miter stops at 15°, 22.5°, 31.6°, and 45° (left or right), and 0° (90° cuts). Features a LED job light with cut line guide function that casts a shadow of the saw blade onto the workpiece as an exact cutting line. Cuts up to 12 at 90° and 8-1/2 at 45°.
