Over time the material will wear out and it may begin to crack eventually requiring a replacement to prevent air leaks. To ensure the correct installation of the new seal, refer to the specific diagrams of your model. Note, it is made of durable material and is sold as an individual component. You will need an Allen wrench to remove and resecure the cylinder cap hardware in order to perform this repair.
